My Background
My formative chef years were spent learning by doing while I was a full time undergraduate student. Those early experiences led me to pursue a B.A. in English and next to earn a culinary degree. I became a hospital chef 10 years ago in order to change the culture surrounding food and healing. I now combine my love of writing, cooking and healthy living to help clients live and eat better.

Food Philosophy
I believe if a food can last days weeks or months on a shelf- it doesn’t necessarily mean it carries nutrition. Its fuel. I want to help people understand the value in having both.
Food is often the best medicine. We are what we eat. I teach my clients how to make small changes to eating habits that stack up big gains over time. Eating healthy isn’t hard and its not boring.
